From my sketch diary - July 29, 1987 - Monhegan Island, Maine. This is a residence on the path coming up the hill from the dock. There are only a couple of old vehicles, owned by the inns and hotels used to bring luggage from the boat to the accommodations. The rest of us are all on foot. The boat anchored in the bay was a 2-masted sailing vessel that had just come into port for the night.
The unusual collaboration of a former Insurance Auditor and Marketing Professional has led to the creation of Nic & Wambach Creative Arts. Nicole and Dick both share a love of the wonders of the Hudson River Valley outdoors: scenic vistas, historic places and homes, businesses and activities make up our great valley communities. Looking through Dick’s collection of 1970s Ocracoke, North Carolina scenic drawings, they decided Wambach should take up drawing in earnest again.
