From my sketch diary - July 29, 1987 - Monhegan Island, Maine. These vessels lay in a protected port between Monhegan and Manana Islands. They are anchored near the pier which receives the mail boat a few times a day bringing visitors, residents and cargo back and forth to Monhegan - the only way to get there!
